TAC Enterprises NO LONGER hosts four tractor and equipment auctions each year. We still sell through auctions on a weekly bases through AuctionTime. We can discuss outright purchase of your items or consigning them to a truly world wide audience through AuctionTime.

Seller Information

Commission Rates

10% , negotiable on higher dollar items

No price protection or reserves

$40 non-refundable entry fee for all vehicles & titled items

 

  • All items must be present and registered the Thursday prior to each auction

  • All items are subject to TAC Enterprises' approval & subject to refusal by TAC Enterprises

  • Consigner/Owner certifies that all items are free of liens & encumbrances 

  • Checks are mailed 7-10 business days (Mon.-Fri.)

  • Any item not picked up within 30 business days will become property of TAC Enterprises

Buyer Information
 

  • All items are sold as is, no warranties or guarantees

  • Individuals must be registered in order to bid

  • All buyers must provide a valid picture ID upon registration

  • All items must be paid, in full, on the day of purchase

    • cash 

    • checks (letter of credit required for non-Alabama checks)

    • credit/debit cards have an additional admin. charge

    • titles/Cert. of Origin will be held until items are paid in full

    • items purchased through ProxiBid are subject to an additional 4% 

          internet fee & sales tax

  • No Buyer's Premium

  • All Titles/Certificate of Origin are mailed 7-10 business days (Mon.-Fri.)

    • $50 admin fee for title processing

    • vehicle dealers must provide a copy of re-sale tax exemption cert.

  • Dealers are welcomed!

  • Please provide a current sales tax exemption upon registration

  • Any item not picked up with 30 business days of the auction will become property of TAC Enterprises

  • TAC Enterprises is acting only in the capacity of auctioneer & is not responsible for any expressed or implied warranties made by the owner
